Organising a conference? A conference - whether public or corporate - is an important event. With so many key people in the same place at the same time, you want to make the most of the opportunity. On the other hand, you may not want the conference to be too "heavy". Our speciality is engaging, entertaining workshops and presentations that give delegates the opportunity to take away some really useful practical tools that they can start using right away. We're not aiming to overload people with information, or to cram in facts and figures. Our aim is to give people practical tools that they can use immediately to get better results, and in the process gain insight into themselves and the people around them. Our starting point for designing a conference presentation is therefore the same as with anything else we do - by asking you "what do you want people to do differently as a result of this?" The answer may be "perform better", it may be "enjoy greater commitment and motivation" and it may even be "walk out with a smile on their faces". Whatever the outcome you choose, we can deliver it. Here are a few examples of what we've done in the past. They were all custom designed for a specific audience and set of outcomes, as yours will be, so these examples are here to give you a starting point for your own ideas. High performance sales teams A global HR services company undertook a major rebranding initiative that needed to be backed up by a change in behaviour of the sales teams. At their sales conference we delivered an engaging, entertaining after dinner session as a foundation for a seriously fun workshop the following day, where the sales team worked through a number of exercises designed to change their attitudes and behaviour. Achieving more with less Time are hard, so we're told, so we need to make the best use of our scarcest resources - time and energy. You've probably noticed how some people seem to glide through life while others constantly struggle, so what makes the difference? This workshop gives you practical tools to set your sights on what you want, then use your resources wisely to achieve those goals, easily. Networking Not just networking but planning how to network - choosing your own goals and outcomes, choosing how and where to network and who to network with. Enjoying networking and enjoying meeting new people, making new contacts and building a powerful and reliable network of relationships. NLP? Many businesses are taking an interest in NLP as a more reliable and effective way to create and maintain working relationships, focus, motivation and success. We've run a number of NLP based workshops, each one designed for the specific needs and interests of that audience. For a short workshop, we often focus on "setting goals" and "managing your state" so that you, and your delegates, can share a compelling purpose and vision and be in the right mental and emotional state at all times to get the results you want. Whatever your needs, we help you to apply NLP in a professional business context to get the results you want. Advanced communication skills For a very advanced or competent audience, some of the more powerful and advanced communication skills can be covered as a "skills tune-up", enabling the audience to be even more consistently successful than they already are. This approach often works well with experienced sales people, managers, technical staff or business leaders who are already highly successful and are looking for new, innovative tools and skills to add to their armoury. Inspiration - Teamwork - Challenge - Motivation A special workshop for a sales team who identified four key areas they wanted to explore, and challenged us to come up with something based on just those four words.
