To achieve this more easily and to lead to guaranteed results for you, we have put together a number of coaching packages which are based on proven development models and processes that we have been using for over 5 years with proven success. Some of the content of the packages was developed for our NLP Master Practitioner courses in partnership with PPI Business NLP, and they therefore represent a unique combination of the most advanced personal development tools with proven experience in a professional environment.

Leadership

Our leadership coaching program is perfect for anyone wanting to develop their leadership skills; whether moving into a new leadership role, developing your leadership skills or starting a new venture.

The leadership coaching program runs over a total of 16 hours and is ideally conducted face to face in 2 hour segments.

The cost of the leadership coaching program is £3200 (plus expenses, depending on your location)

Our sales coaching program is ideal for both experienced sales professionals and anyone new to sales because the methodology of the program is based on the fundamental skills of outstanding sales professionals, helping anyone to develop their abilities in a consistent and powerful way.

The sales coaching program runs over a total of 16 hours and is ideally conducted face to face in 2 hour segments. For a busy sales team, this means that the development program fits around their schedule and doesn't take them away from their customers.

The cost of the sales coaching program is £2400 (plus expenses, depending on your location) for one person, and for a whole sales team we can put together a package that meets your needs.

A client in the US uses this program for their global sales team, and after just the first session the response from the sales manager was "It's been amazing, we're already getting results". In fact, each sales person had solved a long standing client problem, and the sales manager was already restructuring the team and bringing in new support processes after just one week.

Team performance

We're working with an Atlantic rowing crew - Atlantic 4 - who are attempting a new world record in November 2005 for an Atlantic crossing. You can imagine that the dynamics, frustrations and stresses that you experience in your own team are magnified greatly when you put four people into a 23 foot boat for 36 days, rowing for two hours and resting for two hours, continually.

Our team performance coaching experience and skills go way beyond that of any other coaching consultancy. Imagine - if we can get those 4 rowers working together, focusing their energy into the water and maintaining a consistent level of high performance, imagine what we can do for you.

Team performance coaching is a very bespoke service as the design of the coaching would be based entirely around the needs of the team. The Ascent program can be applied to a team building format, and a corporate Ascent program usually costs in the region of £2000 per day. Ascent is a unique development experience, totally unlike any other outdoor team building program. Therefore, we are always very careful to use Ascent where it will make a positive impact on the team and their performance. We do not use Ascent as a general purpose team building activity.

For a bespoke team performance coaching day, similar to the work we do with Atlantic 4, the cost is in the region of £2000 per day.
