Clearly, it's up to you how our involvement works. We can act as a team coach, always on hand when needed to give feedback, help people achieve results and give individual coaching where needed. We can also act as a business resource, helping you with anything from training through to business development planning.
With some clients, we're an integral part of their planning process, managing their creativity so that they produce the results they want, quickly. With other clients, we work closely with high potential individuals to help them develop their skills.
Whatever works for you works for us. Is this approach expensive? No, we agree a framework up front that allows you to plan and predict costs and resource requirements. Within that flexible framework, we're on hand to support you and your team in whatever way benefits the individuals, the team, the organisation and you.

Here's an example: A brand marketing guru set up a consultancy business and then told his newly recruited team to make some appointments with prospective clients. They all failed, so he told them "it's easy, you just ring them up and ask". It wasn't easy at all. It was easy for him, because all he was consciously aware of was asking for a meeting. His attitude, physiology, voice tone, thinking patterns and beliefs all acted together to achieve his goal, but he was unaware of almost all of it. By spending just a short time listening to a phone call and asking him some questions, we quickly noticed patterns hidden in the structure of his behaviour. Curiously, he unknowingly used the same structure as a very common sales technique with one small yet fundamental difference.
The consultants had written a script based on what the 'guru' said to clients, but it wasn't working. It was useless for them to be clones of him, they had to adapt his approach to their style, creating something that was right for them individually and flexible enough to adapt to any situation.
Within hours of them learning this hidden structure, they had all secured meetings. The structure was very elegant, very simple and very powerful. It's real power lay in its subtlety, which is why it wasn't easy to spot.
