Terms and Conditions for review copies of titles

Review copies will be sent to you on request at the discretion of Communications In Action

You need to acknowledge safe arrival of the books by email (you can use the form above for this)

You may return the review copies to us provided they are in perfect saleable condition

If the books are not in perfect condition, or if you keep them for longer than 3 months then you pay the full cover price of the books

If you publish a review or prder books to sell within 3 months then we will waive the cover price of the review copies

By requesting review copies, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms

Basically, what the terms mean is that if you ask for a review copy and either lose it, keep it or send it back in an unsaleable condition then we will charge you for it. However, if you publish a review or choose to resell the book(s), you will get to keep the review copy. This is to stop people getting free books on the promise of a review - it has to be published somewhere, on a website, in a newspaper, magazine etc.
